Auburn House Program Information

Fall 2010 program registration begins online Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 7:00am!

Registration is available in-person and via telephone during regular office hours (Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm) beginning Monday, August 23 and is ongoing.

Be sure that you can get into the class you have been waiting for before it fills! Please also note that classes will be cancelled up to one week prior to the start date if the minimum registration is not met.

Program Cancellation Policy
  • The Auburn House reserves the right to cancel any programs with insufficient registration. Full refunds will be granted or you may transfer to another course (space permitting).
  • Requests to withdraw from a program 7 or more days prior to the first day of the program will result in a $15.00 administration fee.
  • Requests to withdraw from a program less than 7 days prior to the first day of the program will be issued for medical reasons only. A $15.00 administration fee will apply.
  • Up to 2 classes into the program, refunds are issued for medical reasons only. A $15.00 administration fee will apply. Refunds are pro-rated at the time of request.
  • After 2 classes into the program, refunds will not be issued for any reason.
  • No refunds will be issued for participants not able to attend rescheduled make-up classes for seasonal/outdoor programs.
  • Refunds are issued by cheque.  Alternatively, a credit may be applied to your account (members only) to use toward another Auburn House program.  Credits on account are valid for one (1) year from the issue date.
