TOT AND PARENT DROP-IN - posted Thursday, July 02, 2009

Originally it had been advertised that Tot and Parent Drop-In would not be scheduled for July 13 or July 16.

However, due to schedule changes we are happy to let you know that class will be scheduled for both of these days.

FERA'S FINEST CONCESSION - posted Tuesday, June 30, 2009

Fera's Finest Concession stand will be at the lake this summer starting July 13!  Everything from burgers, hotdogs and fries to ice cream and popsicles will be available to be purchased.  Residents will receive a free popsicle with a food purchase.

Fera's will be open: 11am to 7pm, Monday through Friday from July 13 to July 30 and Monday through Sunday starting July 31.

The maintenance of the walkways between houses is the responsibility of the homeowners adjacent to the pathway.  This includes weed control, litter control, snow removal and fence maintenance.

CITY PARKS IRRIGATION PROBLEM IN AUBURN BAY - posted Wednesday, June 17, 2009

The City Parks Department has advised that they are having problems with turning on irrigation in the City Parks in Auburn Bay.  This affects the phase 5 and 7 parks.  The City advises they are working on the issue and hope to have it resolved soon.  The Auburn Bay Residents Association is in contact with the City on this issue as well.
